Trade Finance Executive Opportunity at Euro Exim Bank; Euro Exim Bank, an internationally recognized trade finance institution with its headquarters in St. Lucia, West Indies, is seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to join their dynamic team.

The bank holds a Class ‘A’ international banking license from the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of St. Lucia (FSRA) and is a respected member of the Caribbean Association of Banks (CAB) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). With a global network of partnerships and a representative office in London, the bank is expanding its footprint to major financial centers in 2021/2022.

The Role

The successful candidate will be a diligent and reliable team player with excellent interpersonal skills. The role involves:

Attracting new clients involved in international trade such as exporters and importers by offering Euro Exim Bank’s trade finance services like LC (Letter of Credit), SBLC (Stand-by Letter of Credit), and BG (Bank Guarantee).
Identifying opportunities and generating sales within your country of residence.
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and assisting with all relevant client checks.
Reviewing Trade Finance client information in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Counter-Terrorism Finance (CTF) requirements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

1+ years of experience in financial consultation, corporate advisory, corporate and institutional banking, business banking, or a related sector.
Proven track record in sales and lead generation.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with KYC, AML, and PEPs is beneficial.
Outstanding academic performance.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and diligence.
Access to a mobile phone, a PC with webcam capability, and reliable internet.
