Your Role and Responsibilities

Establish and maintain robust, trust-based relationships with Deriv affiliates and partners.
Leverage your understanding of the Tanzanian market and our products and services to facilitate Deriv’s expansion.
Assist in the development of regional plans tailored to our local partners’ requirements.
Monitor market trends and competitors’ strategies in Tanzania to pinpoint opportunities for growth and innovation.
Launch local initiatives to enhance our brand’s visibility and stimulate interest in the region.
Collaborate with Deriv’s global and local teams, exchanging ideas and paying attention to local nuances.

Qualifications

Familiarity with Tanzania, its cultures, and business challenges
Excellent networking skills
Proficient communication skills in English and relevant local languages
Flexibility and a knack for problem-solving

Desirable Attributes

2-5 years of previous work experience
Experience in managing affiliate activities and financial services
Familiarity with technology and digital tools
